In this interview, Michael Hernandez talks about how he used Oxygen Plus at 2014 CrossFit Socal Regionals where he placed 7th. He believes that Oxygen Plus allowed him to perform at a really high level for all three days of grueling competition while other top athletes were getting run down with fatigue.
Keep in mind that the amount of Oxygen Plus he used is only recommended for competition. He used 3-5 times the amount of Oxygen Plus at Regionals than he would normally use for a training session.
